An e-Visa is an official document permitting entry into and travel within Turkey.
The e-Visa is an alternative to visas issued at Turkish missions and at the ports of entry.
Applicants obtain their visas electronically after entering required information and making payments by a credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa or UnionPay).
The link to download your e-Visa is given on the final step where you will be informed that your application has been completed successfully. In addition, the same link to download your e-Visa will be emailed to you. Passport control officers at ports of entry can verify your e-Visa on their system. However, you are advised to keep your e-Visa with you either as a soft copy (tablet PC, smart phone, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure on their system.
As in the case of other visas, respective Turkish officials at the ports of entry reserves the right to deny entry into Turkey to a holder of an e-Visa without any explanation.
In accordance with the article 7.1b of “the Law on Foreigners and International Protection” no.6458, foreigners wishing to enter Turkey must carry a passport or a travel document as a substitute for passport with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the “duration of stay” of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption, or residence permit. Depending on your nationality, there may be additional requirements. You will be informed of these requirements after you select your country of travel document and travel dates.
The validity period of your e-Visa begins from the date specified in your application. You can enter Turkey on any date within this period.

Any information obtained at each stage of the application and the e-Visa issued at the end of the process are stored in high security systems. The applicant bears full responsibility for the safety of the soft and hard copies of the e-Visa. The applicant bears again full responsibility of this information should it fall into the hands of third parties.
The barcode on the e-Visa stores applicant's information in an encrypted and electronically signed form, designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. Access to the content of the barcode is solely provided to the institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. The applicant bears full responsibility for any inconvenience that may result from barcode alterations or forgery caused by the applicant.
The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. Pricing is USD 199 for normal process(2-7 days) and USD 239 and USD 259 for express services(2-4 Days) and emeregency services (within 24-48 hours) respectively.
We are not responsible in the event you fail to receive your Visa or any other service requested by you. We do not guarantee in any way that your application will be accepted by the Turkey e-Tourist Visa issuing authority.
Our service has been fulfilled once we have checked your online submission and submitted your application to the Turkey e-Tourist Visa issuing authority.Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements stated by the Turkey Government.

We reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same.
You may cancel an order within an hour, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from this website.
However, with your express permission we will commence the delivery of an order immediately and before this statutory period ends. Therefore, the services will have deemed to have been provided and you will lose the right to cancel your order.

If your application is rejected by the Turkey e-Tourist Visa issuing authority, We are unable to provide a refund and you will have to re-apply in accordance with Turkey visa laws.You may receive refunds in cases where we are unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract. Usually the refund is processed within 2-7 Days as the order is cancelled.
However, it may take 2-3 weeks for the customers to receive the money back into account which is used initially to place an order.We are only responsible for the services we have mutually agreed upon (Which is getting your e-visa application processed). Once the service is rendered, we are no longer responsible, if due to any reason an applicant is not able to travel.
